Sara Scott

Sara completed her RAD Advanced training with Joye Lowe and competed in numerous dancing competitions across the North Island. 

Sara won numerous local honours for her choreography skills. She trained and performed in Wellington Operatic Theatre productions and modern jazz shows.

In Wellington, as a freelance teacher, Sara taught RAD ballet, jazz and contemporary dance and choreographed for numerous school and studio productions.

From 2006 to 2015, Sara taught Performing Arts at St Marks Church School encouraging children to love and appreciate music and dance helping them to create their own dance works. She has held short term roles at other schools teaching music and movement.

Sara's choreography works include 'Pink Ribbon' about life changing aspects of breast cancer, Tawa Music Festivals for over 12 years, Tawa College stage productions and Stage Challenge. 

From 2017-2021 Sara took groups to The Brisbane Performing Arts awards – these groups placed in the top 3 each year.

Sara has also worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

Sara is very passionate about dance and fitness,  encouraging people of all ages to enjoy music and dance. Her main love is Classical Ballet where she looks for technique and artistry.
