Northland Performing Arts Competitions Society  Inc. (NPACS) 

Since 1949, NPACS have held an annual festival of dance, music and speech & drama competitions in Whangārei. They are usually held in August and September. The festival offers a forum for children, students and adults to perform and compete against one another.

The Society is registered with the Charities Commission - registration number CC39154.
